Take Care. Such a simple message, yet it can be so hard to actually DO. With the glorification of doing "all the things" it is often overlooked that in saying yes to so many... we are ultimately saying NO to some very important things. This reminder is personal, and I need it often. So often in fact, that I had to create this and put it where I can frequently be reminded. Maybe you know of someone who might need the reminder?
