I have found Amazon Coloring book paper to have a nice tooth to it, but it is on the thinner side. There are several videos you can find with a quick search showing the great results you can achieve using this paper. I have tried to create a high quality book, but the paper is something I can't control. You could purchase the book in printable form and print on the paper of your choosing.
